WARRANTY
All our goods are covered by a 6 month guarantee against manufacturer defects. Replacement parts and accessories can be purchased if available.
Buyer Remorse returns (i.e. no concealed defects) require 25% restocking fee and return shipping at client’s expense. Goods must be returned in new condition. Credit will be issued upon reception and inspection at our warehouse.
LEAD TIMES
Catalogue Items:
Most items in our catalogue are in stock and ready to ship, but at times due to an increased response, our inventory may from time to time fall short. In those special cases, depending on the item lead times will vary from 6-12 weeks.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom orders require a minimum of 12 weeks and certain minimum quantity requirements. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your project, in many cases we may be able to speed up this process or find alternate helpful solutions for your environment.
